Post mortems should be about improvement of the good stuff -
We just finished a post mortem on a Sprint - this post speaks to what I like about the this when it goes well. We celebrate our successes and improve what we've done well. Although we discuss the bad stuff, we realize the purpose of the meeting is to come out with positive improvements every time around, iteration after iteration.
